Teaching mathematics can not be done by just anyone. Mathematics should be taught by a teacher who has a good pedagogical competence, personality, social, and professional. Thus the teacher will be able to have the ability to determine appropriate teaching methods and in accordance with the characteristics and abilities of students. But on the other hand should also be awareness within the students themselves to want to learn math. Not entirely all of it depends on the teacher.
