Mathematics teacher or mathematics teacher to be as a
researcher can change the mathematics learning at school by using any
experiment so appear scientific method. Research approach mathematics learning
can be done in some ways such as quantitative research. Quantitative research
use logiko-hipotetiko-verivikatif method in thinking plan with order step such
as: determination formulate hypothesis about aspect of mathematic teaching and
learning, the data collection about mathematics practice, data analysis, hypothesis
testing, concluding, report writing.
The situation and effort expressing the mathematics learning phenomenal can be
drawn with hermeneutic circle which a teacher or a research try to express the
mathematics learning aspect as indication or good phenomena in the form of fact
which capable of control live or in the form of potential which need treatment
to develop.
If the teacher wants to change the mathematics education so
the mathematics education researcher is become to needed. The mathematics education
that done by the lecture, teacher or candidate of the teacher will give many
benefit. The result of it can complete the program, guidance, and giving
information to the society. Beside it, we also can do a comparison among the
performance and criteria for every program dimension and complete the program
and resuming the result of full mathematics education. After that, we can do a
study about implementation program, the influence of study area, the influence
of the program, curriculum, or syllabi about the result of study, and at the
last, it will complete the mathematics education program fully.
