By reading this article, I get a new knowledge. Now, I know that there are two preparation, that is, general preparation and specific preparation. Preparation is very important to make teaching and learning process running well. The important thing in teaching learning process, now, is change the paradigm from teacher centered to student centered. Therefore, teacher just as facilitator fulfills the student’s need. The other component that support student centered is interaction scheme, variation media, and student’s worksheet. Student’s worksheet not only a collection of question but this worksheet can construct the student’s knowledge. Variation media also is very important. Teacher can use ICT, internet or visual aid to support the teaching and learning process. Teacher must develop their material resources because the best material resources is material resources that be developed by teacher. Thus, to make teaching and learning process running well, we must make prepare our material resources, variation media, student’s worksheet, and interaction scheme.
