This article is very interesting because it is connecting between languange and mathematics. Languange is used to  teach and do mathematics. Languange is a important factor to deliver the knowledge. I think that the role of language in developing mathematical knowledge is a central because mathematics itself is a languange. The main role of languange is for communication. The role of language is a very broad and complex subject, involving the question of the relations of the language centers in the brain with the other parts of the brain. Different culture also have different languange. So languange is depend on cultural context. Using mother tongue as a languange to develop mathematics is more easy. With it, students can be more understand with mathematics.
